Free Discovery Session (30 minutes)

We'll start with a no-cost discovery session, either online or in person, to see if we’re aligned and to discuss how I can help you achieve meaningful results.

This is complimentary and is completely free to you.

STEP 2

Deep Dive Alignment Session

If we both agree to move forward, the next step is a half-day deep dive alignment session with you and any key team members or business partners.. We’ll explore what your business is all about, identify key changes and opportunities, and start paving the way for growth.

Preparation for the Session:

To make the most of our time, I’ll need some background on your business:

• Financials: Complete accounts for the past 2-3 years. This gives me a clear picture of where you stand financially and allows me to customise my recommendations.

• Supporting Materials: Any other documents that offer insights, such as brochures, training manuals, or marketing collateral.

What We’ll Cover:

During this in-depth session, we’ll look at:

• Financial performance

• Marketing strategies

• Staffing and operations

• A full SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats)

We’ll also discuss your goals and vision for the future of your business.

Following the assessment, I’ll prepare a comprehensive report with suggestions on how to proceed. This session does carry a fee, as it requires my time, skills, and insights.
